Arizona has Places, Cities & Towns that are full of Attractions. Monument Valley, the Mogollon Rim, Jerome, Sedona, Prescott, Wickenburg, The Valley of the Sun, the Superstition Mountains, Tombstone, Bisbee, Yuma, Tucson, Arizona’s West Coast, Williams, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Cochise County, Lake Havasu City, the Verde Valley, Meteor Crater, Four Corners Monument, Pinetop, Lakeside, Show Low, the Salt River Canyon, the Petrified Forest, the Colorado River, the Santa Catalina Mountains, Sabino Canyon, the Huachuca Mountains, Biosphere 2, the Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium, Kitt Peak National Observatory, the Smithsonian’s Whipple Observatory, the Boyce Thompson Southwest Arboretum @ Flagstaff, Arcosanti, the Apache, Navajo & Hopi Indian Reservations, Mission San Xavier del Bac, and the famous London Bridge in Lake Havasu City are just a few of the possible suggestions to visit in our state. Some of our outstanding Parks & Preserves in Arizona include The Grand Canyon, the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, the Imperial National Wildlife Refuge, the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge, the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge, Palm Canyon, the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, the Ramsey Canyon Preserve, Madera Canyon, The Coronado National Forest, the Patagonia Sonoita Creek Wildlife Preserve, Muleshoe Ranch, Aravaipa Canyon Preserve, Mount Graham, Saguaro National Park, Tucson Mountain Park, Seven Falls, Papago Park, the Desert Botanical Garden, the Phoenix Zoo, Out of Africa Wildlife Park, the Pueblo Grande Museum, Tuzigoot National Monument, Montezuma’s Castle National Monument, Montezuma’s Well, and Mount Lemon. We have vast natural wonders
in our state. The Apache Trail continuing all the way past Tortilla Flat
to Roosevelt Lake is an excellent down & dirty, twisting & turning,
no frills adventure on a tour of the great badlands offered by the southwest.
The Superstition Mountains are a riding, walking, hiking, and exploring
bonanza of wilderness & thousands of years of history & mystery.
The Red Rocks of Sedona (especially in the late afternoon sun) & nature’s
own landscape of Oak Creek Canyon bring to every rider a visual treat
beyond description. If your trip finds you up near Kingman or Seligman
an easy trip across Route 66 is pretty cool & if your willing to brave
an eight-mile hike, horseback ride, or helicopter ride you can drop into
a hidden canyon of the Havasupai Indian Reservation called Havasu Canyon.
